CodexPts helps PUBG Mobile players and squads track match statistics, manage rosters, use recruitment tools, join scrims, and register for tournaments. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Email, display name, in-game name (IGN), country, squad membership, roles, optional avatar, and account type (player or scrims organizer).
Squad name, tag, logo, roster, recruiting settings, join requests, trial invites, and optional application details.
Player card data, match statistics, match screenshots you upload, weekly reports, and map strategy plans.
Organizer brand info, verifications, tournament and scrim listings, and registration data (team name, contact, roster, WhatsApp, optional payment screenshots, payout details for paid events).
If you allow notifications, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token linked to your profile to send alerts such as trial invites, application updates, scrim/tournament decisions, lobby credentials, slot lists, and results. You can disable notifications in device settings. Push tokens are not used for ads.
A SHA-256 hash derived from device identifiers (not raw IDs) used for ban enforcement — not for ads.
Cached data on your device for offline use.
You select photos from your gallery for match screenshots, player cards, avatars, and logos. We do not scan your entire library.
Google ML Kit runs on your device to parse stats. Confirmed data may sync to our cloud. Gallery only — no camera in the current version.
Signed-in users sync data to Supabase (database + storage). Row-level security limits access.
Push alerts are delivered via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
To operate the app, sync squads, show recruitment and events, send optional push alerts, generate stats, moderate abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
With your squad, recruitment/tournament/scrim counterparties, organizers when you register, moderators, service providers (Supabase, Firebase), and when required by law.
Delete your account in Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile and push tokens. Contact us if deletion fails.
Optional premium features may be offered through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Ads (Google AdMob) may appear in the free tier.
Event payments: Tournament and scrim entry fees are collected directly by event organisers, not by CodexPts. Payment screenshots uploaded during registration are stored to help organisers verify applications and are subject to the same retention and deletion rules as other user content.
Not directed at children under 13. Contact us to request removal of a child’s data.
